Alannah M. Shute

Hi, I'm Alannah and I'm an economist studying applied microeconomics with a focus on state and local public finance.

I am a PhD Candidate and Graduate Research Assistant with the Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research at the University of Tennessee. I will be joining the Fiscal Research Division of the North Carolina General Assembly as an Economist this summer.
